We offer free returns within 10 calendar days of purchase. You can return your product for store credit, a different product, or a refund to the original payment method.

GENERAL

All Colombian shipments made by Pepperlab are supported by Envía or Inter Rapidísimo transport companies.

Once your product has been shipped, you will receive a notification to the email registered at the time of purchase indicating the guide number with which your product was shipped for its respective follow-up.

We reserve the right to cancel your order if it is reported as fraudulent on the payment gateway platform.

 

INTERNATIONAL PURCHASES:  

Pepperlab international transport support is carried out by FedEx, taking into account the shipping restrictions on some of the items. If you have any questions about your international purchase, contact our email, we will gladly advise you: info@pepperlab.co 

 

DELIVERY TIMES

For shipments within Colombia, the delivery time for all products purchased will have a guide with information on the approximate delivery date of the shipment. The delivery of the products is established by the transport company Envía, Inter Rapidísimo or FedEx and orders can be delivered from Monday to Friday from 8:00 a.m. to 6:00 p.m. and Saturdays from 8:00 a.m. to 1:00 p.m. For orders placed on weekends or holidays, the delivery time will be extended by 1 or 2 extra business days.

Delivery times are subject to road restrictions assigned by the Ministry of Transport for each country or Department of Transportation (USA) and this may affect the extension of delivery times.
