Cheese scones to accompany Mate

When we think that we can accompany some delicious mates, one of my favorite options are cheese scones. Both to invite friends and to treat yourself, scones have some points in their favor that we must always take into account: Super easy to make, we don't mess much and, above all, they are very cheap to produce.

Ingredients

2 Cups of Flour

4 teaspoons of baking powder

1/2 cup grated Parmesan cheese

1/3 cup of olive oil

2/3 cup of milk

Elaboration

Mix the flour with the baking powder and the grated cheese. We have previously mixed the oil and milk. Add and continue mixing.

We mix with our hands until we achieve a moist and firm dough (it cannot be a dry dough).

We can stretch the dough by hand or with a rolling pin to a thickness of approximately 1/3 to 1/2 inches (to your liking). With a glass we can cut in circles.

We place in a previously oiled roasting pan with a little separation between one and the other.

Put the roasting pan in the oven previously heated over medium to high heat for about 15 to 20 minutes, when they grow and are golden brown they are ready to remove.

You can eat them plain or add your favorite jam.
